Not right for you? Get your money back. You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund of the product price. Devices must come back clean, complete and in the original packaging; for hygiene, skincare and other consumables must be unopened and sealed.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect? We arrange and pay for the return courier, then repair, replace or refund. Every item also carries the 6-month warranty of quality under the Consumer Protection Act.
