How long does delivery take?
Delivery takes 5–7 business days anywhere in South Africa, by tracked courier (The Courier Guy or Aramex). We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships, and you can follow it on our Track your order page.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders over R 999, and R 99 on smaller orders.

We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Track it any time on our Track your order page, or directly with The Courier Guy or Aramex using your waybill number.

How does the 30-day money-back guarantee work?
Yes. Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't right for you, message us within 30 days of delivery and return it complete, clean and in its original packaging for a full refund of the product price. For hygiene, skincare and other consumables must be unopened and sealed. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items are always repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you, and every item also carries the 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act. What if my device is faulty?
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo. We arrange and pay for the return courier, then repair, replace or refund. Every item carries the 6-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act, on top of the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Using beauty devices
Is LED suitable for darker skin tones?
LED light is non-thermal and, unlike IPL or lasers, is not designed to target pigment, which is why it is generally considered suitable across skin tones. Patch test your first session, and speak to a dermatologist first if you have melasma or a skin condition.
When could I notice a difference?
Most people who notice a change do so after four to eight weeks of consistent use. Results vary and are usually subtle.
Can I use it with my skincare actives?
Use the mask on clean, dry skin, then apply your serum and moisturiser. If you use prescription products or retinoids, check with your doctor first, and never use it while taking light-sensitising medication.
How often should I use it?
Up to five sessions a week, each up to ten minutes, or as your device manual states. More is not better.
